Finally some exciting news to report...a breakthrough lesson with Dr. Suttie helped me qualify to play in the US Open.  We had to play 36 holes in the heat of 92 degrees (the hottest day of the year).  My scores were 72-73 to finish as Low Qualifier tied with 2 others.  It was a long, hot day and I was very happy that Jody could fly in to caddy.  Ive never qualified for the Open with this 36 hole format.  10-11 hours on the golf course in very difficult for a person with Narcolepsy.  I am so thankful for my new medicine, Xyrem.  Im awake, alert, and standing.

Big schedule coming up.  5 weeks in a row....I will have to pace myself.  Good time to start playing well.  Im excited for the summer.
