The Narcolepsy Network(NN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to patients with Narcolepsy.  I am very grateful to the NN because without this organization I would still be falling asleep while driving, talking, golfing... 

I was diagnosed within 5 years of the onset of symptoms.  Not everyone is soo lucky!  Average diagnosis is anywhere from 5 to 20 years.  In that time, people are commonly diagnosed with other things like depression, skitsophrenia, epilepsy, chronic fatique...

Once diagnosed, people with Narcolepsy are able to lead a fulfilling life.  The treatments for Narcolepsy have come a long way and NN has been very influential.
